Returns at This End Up
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
All Items must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition, and in manufacturer's original packaging. Exceptions include merchandise sold "as-is" or from our discounted/discontinued section or Fabric Yardage, which are noted as non-returnable. Shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns may be subject to a return to stock fee of 30%. Returns will be inspected once received by This End Up Furniture Co. prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of greater value. Additionally, the following policies apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
For sanitary reasons Bedding items (Mattresses, Box Springs, Bunkie Boards and Bed Pillows) are non-returnable. Please ensure your satisfaction with Bedding Items at the time of delivery. Fabric yardage and Fabric by the yard is nonreturnable/nonrefundable. Custom orders can not be returned due to their unique nature.

We understand circumstances sometimes change, requiring an order to be cancelled. Since we are a made to order furniture manufacturer a cancellation fee of 30% may be applied to any cancelled order. Please call our customer service team at (800) 979-4579 for help with cancelling an order.
